What is a Micro Date You ask? It is when you and your significant other take an hour or so just for the two of you. It doesn’t have to be anything extravagant just something you will both enjoy. This isn’t anything new my parents use to do this it just didn’t have a name then. But nowadays it is used by people who long for ways to spend even a few moments together. Here are some ideas to show what I mean.
You can set some lights up in your backyard and have drinks, listen to some music, and talk while you dance.
The picnic is easy a blanket, pillows, food, and good conversation.
Snuggle up in front of a fire with some takeout and drinks and talk.
Read a Book out loud and have something warm to drink.
Movie night picnic out on the lawn weather permitting of course.
Drinks and conversation by candlelight.
Stargazing on a hammock.
Takeout and a movie in bed.
Play a game and chat.
The car ride in the country with no real destination in mind just enjoy the scenery and company of course. Snacks and drinks are a must.
Watch the sun go down. It’s a classic.
What about the kids you ask. Well, pizza and movies of their choice are always fun. But the point being if the kids are having fun and content with what they are doing you can enjoy your micro date with ease. Everyone has a great night.
